A little bit of history…
Cannoli consist of tube-shaped shells of fried pastry dough, filled with a sweet, creamy filling usually containing ricotta. They range in size from “cannulicchi”, no bigger than a finger, to the fist-sized proportions. Cannoli have been traced to the Arabs during the Emirate of Sicily, with a possible origin for the word and recipe deriving directly from qanawāt. These were deep fried dough tubes filled with various sweets.

Every Thursday and Friday of the month we organise Cannoli Cooking Class for a minimum of 10 participants , book now and we will let you know as soon as possible the dates of your Cooking Class, if you like you may also leave us your stay or preferred Thursday of the month so to try to fit you in when it’s more comfortable for you !
